My name's René Lavanchy. I'm a freelance journalist specialising in infrastructure, particularly financing, funding, procurement and policy. This blog parades a little of what I know (more here).
I've written about infrastructure for The Guardian, Total Politics magazine, Private Eye magazine and Modern Railways magazine amongst others. I also help out a certain corporate entity with it.
